Adjusting Your Attitude About Chronic Pain May Help You Sleep

What we think about can literally affect what we physically feel. 

 

According to the latest Johns Hopkins University study, people who learn to think less about their discomfort may be able to sleep better. The researchers also found that decreased attention to one’s suffering may also reduce daily pain levels.
